Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Made-to-order and custom pieces are produced according to the lead time communicated at the time of order and may vary based on design complexity.

Payments

We accept mobile money (Airtel Money, MTN MoMo), major cards, PayPal and bank transfer. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins on custom orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale due to their bespoke nature, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Bookings

Consultation and fitting appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
